Difference between blog and sn

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF A BLOG?

The purpose of a blog isn’t to talk about yourself. The main purpose of a blog, in my opinion, isn’t even to generate conversation. The primary purpose of blogging for business is to educate your customers. The comments section of blog posts can become a lively spot for conversation, but it’s more of an added bonus than a goal. The goal of blogging for business should be to provide valuable, relevant, and useful information for your customers.

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF A SOCIAL NETWORK?

Again, the purpose of having a presence on a social network isn’t to talk about yourself. And the primary purpose of being involved on platforms like Twitter and Facebook is NOT to share information with your customers. The primary purpose of your business being involved in social networking is to participate in conversations.
